Directions: Hwy 38 out of Cabot towards Des Arc. At the four way stop at Hwy 31, Turn left towards Beebe, go two miles. Bland Chapel is on your right. Turn right 7/10 of one mile. Auction is on your right. Red Brick House.

All vehicles must park on one side of the road or the marked area next to the house.

 

Personal Property: Quality solid oak Dining Room Table and Chairs and Hutch. Solid wood Queen Bedroom Suite. A Lane Recliner and Lane Hope Chest. late model Washer and Dryer. Vintage bedroom suite. Vintage and collectible glassware and China. Two television and a vintage sewing machine. Several bar stools, a nice rug, end tables, coffee table, bread maker and corning casseroles. There is a working zero turn in good condition. The out building has some tools, ladders and other items. Please look at the pictures.

Preview: Auctioneer will be at the property on Friday, September 27th from 11:00 AM till 3:00 PM and Saturday, September 28th at 7:00 AM

Terms and Conditions: All Bidders are required to register prior to the sale and obtain a Bidder Number. Cashier will require your name, address, phone number and a picture ID. All Property is  sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. All Bidders must settle with cashier prior to loading with cash or good check. All items must be removed the day of sale unless other arrangements have been made through the Auctioneer. Announcements made day of sale takes precedence over all written and advertised materials.

Auctioneers Note: All items will be sold as-is with no reserve. No Buyers Premium with one exception. The zero turn lawn mower will have a 10% Buyers Premium added to the final bid.

Parking: Parking on one side of the road only. Do not block Bland Chapel. You can park in the side yard. The yard will be marked where you can park.

Personal and Property Risk: Persons attending during preview, sale or removal of goods assume all risk of damage of or loss to person and property and specifically release the auctioneer from liability therefore. Neither the Auctioneer nor his Principal shall be liable by reason of any defect in or condition of the premises on which the sale is held.

Identification: All Bidders are required to have valid ID and provide ID to Cashier and receive a Bidder number.

Dispute between Bidders: Any dispute arising between two bidders, the auctioneer may decide the same or may immediately put the item up for sale again and resale to the highest Bidder.

Condition of Property: The sale of all property is made strictly on an "AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULT BASIS"

Records: The record of the sale kept by the auctioneer will be taken as final in the event of any dispute.
